Hilton Nagoya

As a Diamond member, I checked in at the Executive Lounge, and the concierge took my luggage and parcels on arrival and brought them right to my room. That felt like the service I’d expect at a higher-tier luxury hotel. The renovated Executive Lounge on the second floor was excellent, and the happy hour food had noticeably improved. Staff throughout Hilton Nagoya were warm and professional. Diamond members also get complimentary breakfast at the lobby restaurant. Ms. Itoyama kindly carried my hot coffee to the table when she saw I was struggling, and her smile and attentiveness made the mornings pleasant. She deserves recognition for that thoughtfulness. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely return again and again.

The location is a practical base for business or leisure, between Sakae and Nagoya Station with Fushimi Station nearby on the central yellow line. I've stayed at Hilton Nagoya for six years, and the place keeps improving while staying polished and well run. Service is consistently attentive, efficient, and professional, even by Japan's high standards. The contemporary rooms feel spacious and understated, with quality amenities, and have stayed in excellent condition over the years. The east-facing rooms get sunrise and the west-facing ones sunset, a thoughtful touch. Public areas have a striking high-ceiling atrium and Art Deco vibe, especially the lobby and breakfast dining space. The buffet is excellent, varied, and carefully put together, and the airy setting makes breakfast a pleasure.

We were happy with the breakfast for all four days, and there’s a small shopping plaza right under the hotel plus a kombini across the road. My family liked the location: you can walk to Sakae and Osu Shotengai if you want, or take the subway right next door. It connects well to the main attractions. Service was great throughout, even when staff were under pressure with crowds.

I stayed at Hilton Nagoya for over two months and had a very pleasant time. My room was spacious and well maintained, and the staff were accommodating, helpful, and professional. The service was top notch. I loved the dinner menu and desserts, especially the delicious strawberry mochi. Tommy-san was a big help arranging my taxi to work. He always did his best and cared so much about every guest, five stars for him! Thank you, Tommy-san :) I’d recommend Hilton to my colleagues and hope to come back for another stay.
