Japan Hinata Hotel

The room was filthy. There was dust in most corners, bits of hair and dust around the washing machine handle and in its corners, dust left on top of the fridge, and dirt along the countertops. The walls are thin, so there’s no soundproofing. The toilet and bathroom are separated by a long hallway. The owner had plugged in a strongly scented electric air freshener, and the smell disturbed my sleep. It was so strong I had to pull the cord. I’m adding photos, not just making claims. This place isn’t livable for someone who can afford a vacation. Treat yourself a little better and don’t stay here. The host was very incompetent. I could only contact them through booking.com, and they just denied the problem, saying they had already arranged cleaning. It was a very brainless response. I hope this review helps make your vacation a little nicer by keeping you from staying here.
