LEGOLAND Japan Hotel

The staff were amazing, friendly, and so helpful. They adore kids and seemed genuinely happy to be there. From dropping our bags off early to check-in, the whole experience was great. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was amazing. The pillows came in different types, so there was a choice, and the bed was firm but mostly comfortable. The kids had a fun game in the room that won them a Lego prize. I haven't tried the buffet yet, so can't comment on it.

The room felt spacious by Japanese standards, and checking out through the box was really convenient. Breakfast was good, but it got crowded after we went at 7:30am, so I'd try to go earlier if possible. After a busy day at Legoland, it was a very nice stay. The treasure hunt was great fun for the kids. One thing I'd suggest is adding a sliding door between the children's bunk beds and the adults' bed. Definitely recommend it if you're going to Legoland, which is right in front of the hotel.

There's a good spread of breakfast food, though the coffee machine is terrible, so avoid it. The rooms have recently been refurbished with a strong Lego theme, and the division between the adults' area and kids' space is well thought out. The safe has a code the kids need to crack, with a new Lego kit as a prize each day. Plenty of activities and play areas too. Perfect for kids, and I'd happily stay again.

The best part was being just steps from the theme park, Sea Life, and the markets pier. The hotel doesn't clean rooms daily, and complimentary drinking water is only provided on the first day. We paid the same amount each night, but if you politely ask someone at the front desk, you might be able to get more water. Otherwise, you can just buy it.
