N Hotel

I paid around 7500-8000 yen a night, which felt like a steal. The location isn't the best, but the room was much bigger than a typical one in Japan and packed with extra amenities: free soft drinks by the front desk, a tablet, and an in-room water dispenser. I wasn't sure whether the discreet front desk, blu-ray player, soundbar, and light-up jacuzzi gave it spa or love hotel vibes, but I enjoyed it all the same. All things considered, probably my favorite hotel I've stayed at in Japan.

Room service was a treat, especially since I hadn't stayed somewhere with service available until 3:00 am since the pandemic. The food was great, and the staff were accommodating. The big, elegant room had a mini-fridge, microwave oven, hot and cold water dispenser, free VODs, and a great sound system. My daughter loved the jacuzzi-like bathtub, and there was free parking too. One thing I'd suggest: sew the futon and blanket sheet together, or at least secure the sheet edges properly. It was frustrating to find them apart when using the bed. I'd definitely come back.

(Late review: I stayed here in March 2020) Room service was a real highlight. The food was restaurant quality, and priced about the same as a family restaurant, which surprised me since I expected it to cost a lot more. Guests could also get drinks from the lobby dispenser whenever they wanted. The room was huge and stunning, with an amazing bathroom and jacuzzi. I'm not sure if prices were a little lower because of Covid. Though the hotel is right by the motorway, the soundproofing was excellent and I couldn't hear any cars. The station is very close, an easy short walk even with large suitcases. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far in Japan for room size and amenities. I'll most definitely come back to N hotel in the future :)

The front of the hotel didn't make much of an impression, but the amenities were better than usual, with free drinks and a nice jacuzzi bathtub. I stayed four nights and was fully satisfied.
