The rooms have tatami, which gives them a lovely Japanese-style room feeling, and the rooms and amenities are superb. I stayed for a week, right by Kokusai-dori Kokusai-dori. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Sleep was impossible here. You can hear everything the neighbours do, even snoring, and there’s loud, annoying music in the hallway that the door does nothing to block. The rooms smell strongly of food and frying oil, and the AC costs extra. There are much better places in similar locations for just a little more money. Pick one of those, this place isn’t worth the stress.

Dirty and smelly, with shabby bathrooms and loud “quiet hours” at night. The location’s the only good part, and at least there were no bugs. Stay here only if you’re desperate.

The price is reasonable and it’s very handy for the shopping area around Kokusai-dori. But I didn’t like having to put a 100 yen coin in the air conditioner for every 2 hours of use, and there’s no Wi-Fi in the room.

It’s a good option if you’re checking out early or arriving late. The location is good, near shops and a monorail station, and the rooms are small. The price is low, so I think it works well for those hours.
