The location made getting around easy. It’s near Monorail Station 7 and not far from Naha attractions like Kokusai-Dori. The pickup point for one-day Southern and Northen Islands tours is close by, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Walking, buses, and the monorail are all convenient. The room was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and had full amenities, including a washer and dryer. The customer service was excellent too. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Special thanks to Ms Yamaguchi for being so approachable and customer oriented. The hotel has a dedicated, passionate team. I strongly recommend considering it.

The hotel has a lot of thoughtful extras, including scissors, a nail cutter, dish soap, detergent, a washer, dryer, and stove. It was super clean, easy to check out of, and the reception gave me detailed instructions. There are lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby, plus a bus station and terminal, and it sits between two YUI Rail stations. Great location. There’s no room cleaning, which reception told us before handing over the key, so I had to be careful about keeping the place comfortable for myself. It also isn’t soundproof. The hotel is near a traffic light, and I could still hear its sound.

The only drawback for me was the lack of luggage storage, though there are places around Naha where you can leave bags. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the toilets clean, and the bath really nice. There’s a washer and dryer too. Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’d highly recommend it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

It’s very clean, and you can tell the hotel takes care of the place. The receptionist at the front is friendly. I’d highly recommend it to tourists taking a local day trip.

The shower and bath are great, and there are excellent facilities in the room, including a very convenient washer and dryer. The location is central too. A few practical things to know: check the check-in hours, since reception isn’t open around the clock and I think it closes at 8 PM. After opening the first door, use the intercom on the right and say you’d like to check in. Reception is on the second floor. There’s an “information” book on the room table with useful details about the room, hotel rules, and emergencies. Japanese customs are mandatory here, including sorting garbage into the different bins and taking off your shoes before entering the room. Reception explains this, and some details are in the “hotel information” booklet too. If you’re unfamiliar with how Japanese people shower and bathe, you could look it up online. With the hotel’s great shower and bath, you can relax and enjoy it.
