We got into room 1008 and found the previous guest’s mess still there, including an unmade bed. The room had clear signs of being used, and I’m not comfortable staying in it. After 6 PM, no one had shown us how to check in, and I struggled for ages with the smart-key login. I contacted them through their official site and Line, but they said they didn’t manage room 1008. Since we booked through Agoda, they told us to leave a message on the platform and said it wasn’t their responsibility. This is the first time I’ve run into a situation like this. If they sort it out in the next few days, I’ll update my review.
