There’s a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is handy. The room is set up for practical use, with a washing machine, induction cooker, microwave, and double-layer refrigerator. For two or more people, I’d recommend booking two separate rooms for a more comfortable stay. The price is reasonable, under 10,000 yen a day.

There’s plenty nearby, including a supermarket where you can buy fresh food or sushi ingredients, and it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to public transport such as the light rail and bus stops. The apartment has a TV, fridge, washing machine, electric stove, kettle, and cookware. It’s available 24 hours a day, right in the city center near the prefectural government building and Kokusai-dori Street. November 19-21, 2025.

I stayed here for work. Since it’s a condominium, there’s a kitchen and washing machine, but the building is old. The bathtub drains so slowly that water can reach my ankles while I shower, so watch out. There’s a main road right in front, and biker gangs pass by every night. It gets pretty noisy, and some people may not be able to sleep.

My friend and I walked into the room and immediately wondered if the window was open because so much outside noise was coming through, lol. Earplugs are essential, and the windows barely seem to work as windows. I wonder what the decibel reading would be. It’s probably loud enough to be unacceptable. Aside from that, everything was fine.
