The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough to open my suitcase. It was also impressively quiet, with no noise from the road or the floor around me. The hotel itself feels new and thoughtfully designed. Having the lobby on the 17th floor means a nice view, though there's nowhere downstairs to get help or unload luggage. My experience with the staff was disappointing: when I arrived at 2:10, I was told check-in started at 3. I understand the room might not have been ready, but no one offered information or help until I asked about storing my bags. The staff member seemed reluctant, and there was no greeting or smile. A pity.

We got good value for the price, and the hotel is very close to the airport. Everything looked modern, clean, and well kept. The staff were attentive and helped us switch rooms when we wanted a little more space. The rooms have nice features, though they're very small. Just be careful not to load too many clothes into the dryer, it seems a bit fragile.

The location details on Google were vague, showing only "La'gent Hotel in Chatan." That sent us more than 40 kilometers back and forth to the wrong place. One foreign staff member at reception apologized, but the response overall felt passive and didn't help much. The room was overpriced. I really wouldn't recommend it.

The best part was the outdoor terrace off the lobby. On a clear morning, having coffee there with the panoramic view of Okinawa was lovely. The hotel is new, and the facilities were modern and very clean. Parking uses a mechanical system, so checkout time can get backed up in the morning and take a while. I also couldn't find a comb among the amenities, so bring your own. I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa.

The view over Naha is one of the best parts. The room worked really well, with a smart TV that let me cast my shows, and the metro line is super close.
