The woman in the office on the second floor, which is inside one of the units, was kind enough to hold our luggage for an hour until the 3 pm check-in, so we could get lunch. She also gives you the towels. When leaving, you just put the room key in a box beside that unit. There's no proper entrance. You have to use a small door in the parking lot below the hotel, and it was locked when we arrived. This was the worst of the chain we've stayed at, after two others in Naha and Motobu. The place is older, the room layout is awkward, and cleanliness could be better. The street is busy and noisy, though the hotel is near convenience stores and the airport. We couldn't keep the windows open because there are no bug screens. The pillows are very thick, the bed is firm and too small for two people, and the toilet and shower are together in an ancient bathroom. The unit has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, and kettle, plus a small kitchenette in the room, but no utensils.

The room feels a little dated but was still tidy, and the bathroom was quite clean. There's a large fridge and a washing machine, and you can buy a packet of washing powder from the staff. It's near the airport, but Lawson, the closest convenience store, is a five-minute walk away. Restaurants and Aeon shopping centre take about 10-15 minutes to reach on foot.

For about 3000 yen a night in the off season, I wasn't expecting much, but the room was clean, organized, and very spacious. It had a sofa, electric stove, air cleaner, air conditioner, fridge, and even a laundry machine. There's private parking, and shampoo, body soap, and toiletries are supplied too. It's close to restaurants, shopping malls, and the airport. To check in, you call the receptionist at the entrance. The process was easy and smooth, and the staff were friendly. At that price, the room was really worth it.

A very nice hotel, and the owner was polite and clearly doing his best, even though he doesn't speak much English. It's close to the airport, about a 20-minute walk, with a few small shops nearby.
