It’s clean, quiet, and relaxing, even though the building isn’t new. The Japanese owner couple, an elderly man and woman, are kind and offer a slow, pleasant stay. There’s no luxury facility, but it’s good enough for the price. A good restaurant is across the street, a convenience store is two minutes away, and the station is a 15-minute walk. I’d recommend it to people who respect good manners.

For around 3000 yen, you get a relaxing place, convenient location, and free parking, though the lot is small. It’s an old youth hostel with a cozy feel, run by a kind elderly couple. The private rooms have no TV, and the bunk beds are separated for use, as you’d expect at a youth hostel. The Japanese-style rooms do have a TV and bathroom. People may have different opinions about it.

I remember being struck by Katsuko's warm hospitality at this little reinforced-concrete YH, which was unusual at the time. There was no dinner, and breakfast was mostly bread. The lights were dim, though maybe they’ve changed them in the LED era. We kept chatting by the sink until morning, and she acted like she couldn’t hear us. She even tried to introduce us to young girls (lol). It was fun.

There’s a 24-hour restaurant within walking distance, so finding food is easy. The elderly couple who run the place welcome you warmly.

The owners were really nice, and it’s so cheap. Perfectly fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep. I’ll go again.
