The air conditioner broke, and we were told we had to fix it ourselves. We stayed two nights and were also told not to change the bath towels, so we had to wash them in the washing machine. The service was awful. :) Don’t trust the online photos, the place itself isn’t nice.

The place was really disappointing for the price, and I was uncomfortable throughout the stay. We weren’t given enough information, and the staff were unfriendly. There weren’t basic things like bathroom foot mats or hand towels in the toilet, and though insect spray was mentioned, I couldn’t find it despite all the bugs. The outdoor chairs and tables looked much worse than in the photos, the BBQ gear was dirty, and weeds had taken over around the jacuzzi, which seemed poorly maintained. If you’re thinking of staying, check the details and prepare ahead. I won’t be coming back.
