Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport

A good airport hotel with pleasant, helpful staff, though the place is a little old. My room was clean and a good size, but the shower curtain was stained, ripped, and very old. Please replace it. There are plenty of food options and shops, including a 7/11 in the hotel, which was great. The airport shuttle was brilliant. I think it also goes to the nearby shopping area and JR station. Thanks for a good stay.

I had an early flight from Narita airport, so I stayed the night before. The hotel has a lovely atrium and useful facilities, especially the 7-11 in the lobby. The rooms are dated but still functional and spacious, and the staff were really friendly with excellent service. Breakfast was included as a loyalty perk, but I had to leave before it started. When I checked out, they kindly packed me a lunchbox instead. If you don't mind older rooms, this is a great hotel with a convenient shuttle.

There were no bottles of drinking water in the room. After a tiring day on holiday, I didn't want to go out carrying a small jug just to fill it. The towels were dirty and disgusting. It wasn't worth it. Stay at Garden hotel Narita instead of spending money on this Hilton. There's nothing Hilton about it, it felt more like another business hotel. We come on holiday to enjoy ourselves, so please leave a few bottles of water in the room. The bathroom taps also need an upgrade. In winter, getting the shower water to the right temperature without burning your skin is extremely inconvenient.

I slept better here than anywhere else on my trip. The room was very clean and roomy, and breakfast was included with plenty of choices. Staff were very helpful, and having a 7-11 on site was a bonus. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel stress free. Like most airport hotels, there's not much within walking distance, but they do have a shuttle to the nearby mall.
