Mani was responsive and helpful when I raised concerns, and I appreciated that. I picked the property for its location and positive reviews, but the stay fell short. I woke with several itchy spots, and a strong burning or chemical odor came through the bathroom vent. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. The room felt cramped, the walls were scuffed, and being near the elevator made it noisy. It was very warm, around 25 degrees, and there was no A/C available at the time. Opening the window brought in a lot of street noise. I was disappointed to find the onsen was men-only, something I wish I'd checked beforehand. At ¥12,000, it didn't feel like good value.

Our room's AC was stuck on heat and wouldn't cool, so it got a bit warm. We only stayed one night before an early flight, though. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from Keisei Narita and Aeon Town if you want to wander around or pick up groceries. Staff were accommodating, and the facilities were clean.
The room is standard business-hotel size, but the service and extras go beyond that. There's a public bath, yukatas to borrow, facial wash at reception, luggage storage at no charge, and a free airport shuttle. The lobby also has two kinds of complimentary coffee. Breakfast centers on four to six very good dishes that could be sold for high prices in restaurants, although the continental selection is quite limited. It's a non-smoking hotel with smoke-free rooms. I honestly think it's better than nearby competitors.
Keisei-Narita station is right there, with the hotel just under its stairs. It's about a three-minute walk to the main food and drink area, and there are three konbinis within 100 metres. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. They even let me choose a small gift when I arrived. The price felt fair for the location, and the room was big enough for two. We stayed overnight before heading back to the airport, and the place was clean and nicely equipped.
It's only a five-minute walk from Keisei Railway Station. The building is old but well maintained, and the front desk staff are friendly. They also provide a free shuttle to Narita Airport.
