The rooms are a good size, and I really liked the onsen and breakfast up on the top floor. The beds were very hard, though, and the air conditioning was locked on heat. The elevators also shut so quickly they hit us a few times. I'd still stay here again, maybe a 7/10 for me.

The breakfast employee was really nice and kind. The front desk staff, though, were shockingly rude and unfriendly. They even tossed my payment card back at me. If they don't like the job, I'd rather they not work there. I won't be going back.

I still miss staying here on business trips to Toshinba Medical. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the spring (onsen) was a great way to unwind after a hard day. The first time, we couldn't tell which bath was for men and which was for women, but they explained that the blue sign meant the men's bath.

The onsen was often empty, so you could enjoy it by yourself. The room was decent and spacious, and the food was good.

The service and food were both excellent!
