Niigata station is right in front, with a lift connecting directly to the hotel, so getting around is easy. The room was just the right size, and the atmosphere stayed quiet and warm even in the middle of a snowstorm.

My wife and I stayed here from July 30 to Aug 5, 2025, split across three bookings. For the first booking, August 1-3, 2025, we paid about seven times the room's usual price. The stay itself was quite pleasant: the interior looked better than the outside, and the hotel is right next to Niigata train station.

The staff speak English, and the rates are affordable. Our room was neat and clean, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was superb, with so much variety, probably the best Japanese breakfast I've found. The station is nearby, and you can reach the hotel from level 2. It was a bit confusing to find at first, but once you know the route, it's very convenient.
