I was very satisfied with how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were, and they spoke good English. The hotel and room seemed old, but they were clean. I booked a room on the evening of November 23. If you're going to Kamogawa Sea World, this seems like a suitable, affordable place to stay.

Travelling through Chiba after a wet day on the road, I was cold and miserable and just wanted a hot shower and somewhere sheltered. I spotted this older style business hotel above a Family Mart and stopped to ask about a room and bicycle parking. They could do both, and the place was clean and cosy, with places to eat or buy food nearby. The manager was extremely helpful, and I'm warm and dry as I write this. The razor for shaving was supplied, and there's a beer vending machine just a few feet away. What more could you want?
