We were two adults and a toddler, but the room could sleep up to seven. It was huge and had everything, almost like an apartment, with a kitchen, dining area, and ofuro. My son was so happy there. Breakfast was included, with a limited selection but it was okay. Good value for the money.

The room gets really hot, and the air conditioner is too small for it. I had to leave the window open all night.

The music at the jazz concert was great. I just wish the atmosphere had felt a bit more laid back.

I had a great stay and would come back if I got the chance. The rooms and service were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was too. I liked the bathroom setup, with a separate shower area and bathtub. A couple of small hygiene things could be addressed: the ventilation fan was a little dirty, and the air purifier's blue filter was dirty and seemed due for replacement.

There were plenty of families staying here, maybe because the rooms have tatami mats and futons. I had a comfortable visit, helped by the friendly, smiling staff and the 24-hour drugstore next door, which stayed open through the New Year holidays. The hot water only trickled out on some days over the holidays, though after some work was apparently done, it ran normally for about two days. I think it was just a coincidence and hope it doesn't happen again. I'd like to stay here again when I come home next year.
