I stayed here often on business trips to Ogaki over several years, back when it was called the Loiser. The rooms were getting old, but they were kept very clean, and the rates were affordable. I always found the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the coffee was great. Laundry was returned on time with the clothes nicely pressed. The location was ideal for the train station and just a short walk from the mall. If you had a car, the multi-story garage was conveniently in the main hotel parking lot.

The room size was decent by Japan's standards, but the bathroom had the usual dated fixtures. This time, though, the mouldy tile joints and dirty, stained furniture really stood out.

For what we paid, this was great value. The twin room was huge, with two double beds, a good workspace, and a separate make-up room. It felt a little dated and rough around the edges. Ogaki train station is a 5-8 minute walk, with Nagoya about 30 minutes away and Gifu around 10. Thanks to the team for the great service.

I came for a cycling event and really liked the place. They let me check in early and leave my bag while I went for a ride. By the time I returned around dinner, it was already in my room. I left my bike at reception, and the staff were helpful. I left too early to try breakfast. It's close to the station, with lots of restaurants within walking distance.
