The outdoor pool, with the river flowing below it, felt surreal and almost like an out-of-body experience. It was so peaceful and refined. I only visited the onsen, which has indoor and outdoor pools. An employee who spoke English very well helped us find the bus out of town later. Thank you so much. Be aware that tattoos aren't allowed.

I don't speak Japanese, and it was Golden week, so sorting out the bus schedule after I booked the wrong bus felt like a bit of a disaster. Xie, one of the concierge staff, called the bus company for me and got everything sorted so my family and I could catch the right bus. She was responsible and very willing to help. I'm really grateful for her help. Her good service helped make the trip a great one.

We stayed in the VIP room, with an open-air hot spring on the terrace. It was the best experience I've ever had, though there were two cockroaches in the room.
