Aoi sanmyaku

I felt bad arriving late that night, but the host still waited for me. He was kind and spoke English well. The flat was clean, neat, and fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. This was the best stay of my whole Tour De Okinawa, and I hope I can come back.

It was our first time staying in a Japanese home, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious and cozy, with a fish market and a large supermarket nearby. The owners were friendly and very helpful, and made our family holiday memorable.

There’s plenty of room here, with a living room and TV, a kitchen, and two bedrooms. A smaller group could probably use just one bedroom. The large outdoor balcony would be great for a small party. Tissues, bins, and kitchen paper were placed around the room, which was handy. I stayed on the third floor while traveling. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so the location is great. You can use the pots, dishes, microwave, and stove freely, though there are no seasonings. It’s worth picking up ingredients at a supermarket, such as Union Awase, to make a simple meal. There’s no bathtub, and the toilet is in the shower room, but it was clean. Plenty of bath and face towels were provided. The washing machine is free to use, and there’s lots of space to dry clothes. The parking entrance is awkward to get into because of the curb, and the booking website is a bit confusing. Still, it was a very nice place to stay.

A cozy, affordable, clean guesthouse. The only small downside is having to use the stairs. I hope I get the chance to stay again.
