It looked like the place might have just been built, and my room was incredibly clean. We were given frozen mapo eggplant with rice, along with a few other choices, and could heat them up in the room. Really helpful on a day when you don't feel like going out.

The room was much cleaner and more spacious than I expected, about like a business hotel, and very convenient. I arrived at 3:30 PM. It was my first time there, so I was a little hesitant, but the woman at reception was kind and helpful. I was happy with the room. Then I found a stink bug in there when I was going to bed. It smelled awful. I didn't know what to do, so I sprayed the room air freshener to get rid of it. The other problem was at the reception area, which was dark when I went to pick up a frozen snack, probably because it was early. A man in his 30s told me, “It's from 7 o'clock,” in a tone that was completely out of place in customer service. I was shocked. I work in a hotel too, and I would never talk to a customer so casually and condescendingly. Everything he said after that was rude. I'm more furious about his language and attitude than I am about not getting the snack. He was truly rude. When I went back to return the key, his attitude had completely changed. I handed it over without saying anything. A hotel with staff like that leaves a bad impression. Like others have said, it's a shame because it's a nice container hotel, but people like him need to learn proper manners and customer service, or be fired. I don't think anyone who stays once will come back.

I hope the head office sees this, too. I stayed at all sorts of hotels over 3-4 months and came here so often I nearly mistook my phone for my home phone. Thank you for making my stays comfortable. I'm grateful, and hope everyone takes care of themselves. 🍀 The staff were the reason I kept choosing this place. They were polite, friendly, kind, and worked hard, so the rooms were always clean. Even when they were short-staffed, they didn't complain. When I told the night staff it must be tough, they said the morning shift had it harder, and the morning crew cleaned alongside the cleaning staff. I spoke with the manager because I thought they were really struggling, and got a kind response that showed consideration for the other staff. On a snowy day, a cleaning staff member brought me a towel when my car was covered in snow, then checked if my hands were okay because it was cold and lent me a second towel. One morning, a receptionist at the management building sent me off with such a lovely smile that I felt the day would go well. There were frustrating system problems, though. Prices varied by booking site and weekday, and like at any hotel, paying on site was usually more expensive, so it's worth checking before booking and going there. Even with a reservation, I had to fill out forms again at reception. Sometimes the PIN didn't work and I was given a key, which I had to leave at the management building whenever I went out. The building started out open, but its closing time got earlier day by day. During a multi-night stay I went to get something from my car, found the door locked and the management building closed, and asked a cleaner to call someone on a cell phone. They couldn't reach anyone, so the cleaner let me in. There were times the PIN failed or the management building was shut. For my multi-night stay, a receptionist had kindly rewritten my reservation by hand in advance, and even though they were busy, they came running to help when the PIN wouldn't open the door. I think these problems need to be addressed by the company as a whole, since individual hotels can't fix system issues, and leaving them unresolved adds to the staff's workload. A good hotel depends on good staff. I hope the reception door, the company's face, will always be accessible.

My first time in a container hotel. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. I chose the frozen mapo eggplant and chicken with burdock for the snack, and both were tasty. A small table would make the room better. There's nowhere to put things, and I had to sit on the bed to eat, being careful not to spill anything. There was also a bug flying around the walls and ceiling from the moment I came in. I couldn't deal with it myself, so I called the front desk at 23:00. They took a while to answer, and the man who picked up on my second call sounded annoyed. He came to spray the bug, which was helpful, but it was disappointing that he knelt right on the bed to do it. He should've brought something to put down first.
