The staff made us feel at home, even though we know very little Japanese. They explained the hotel amenities clearly and were so welcoming. Our room was very clean, a typical business-hotel size, and I slept really well on the firm mattress. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty to choose from. There were extra pillows, hygiene supplies, and even hair products near the elevator, so you could count on having what you need even if you packed light. The vending machines on the 4 and 8 floors had a good selection of drinks for relaxing. It's also easy to find, close to Omura station. The hotel looks simple, but the staff do a great job looking after guests. We stayed for just 2 nights and left feeling cared for and refreshed for the rest of our trip. We'd definitely come back someday if we can.

It's a relaxing place not too far from Nagasaki airport. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was included and had lots of choices. Get up early and you can catch a great sunrise.

Really good service.

The bed felt just right, firm enough for a deep night's sleep, and the free breakfast was surprisingly lavish. I was delighted to see fresh fruit and shrimp mayonnaise, but be careful not to eat too much! It's easy to reach the station and the izakayas (Japanese pubs) on foot from Omura Terminal. Drivers will appreciate the large parking lot. The rooms have a traditional feel. If you come to Omura, this hotel is a safe choice, and I've decided to recommend it to guests who visit.
