Omura - Hotel / Vacation STAY 46227

The room had everything I needed, and the staff were really friendly. They can speak English, too. The location was great.

The owner and staff were so helpful and friendly. For what it costs, this hotel is good value.

The front desk staff were helpful, and he could speak English.

I booked Rich because it was the closest place to the airport, but it turned out to be far enough that I needed a taxi. The pickup service I'd been promised didn't work out either. A taxi from the hotel back to the airport cost even more. If you're heading to Nagasaki City, maybe staying there makes sense, but I'd pick somewhere by a station with better transport access next time. If you have time, you can walk from Shin-Omura and other places, though it takes just under 30 minutes. The staff were kind, but after coming from Tokyo, I found their way of thinking a bit old-fashioned. I think I would've been better off at a hotel with easier transport and people who could give me accurate answers.
