The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the ryokan has a nice onsen. It opens from 16:00 to 22:00, but isn’t open in the morning. Dinner and breakfast are available if you book them. There are a few free parking spaces.

The whole town view was lovely, and the hotel surprised us with its dinner and breakfast. The staff’s service was very good, and the price was super reasonable for an 80's deluxe hotel. At the end, they arrange for their professional photographer to take a wonderful family photo. If you’re planning to visit this area, I think it’s the best value hotel.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel feels old-fashioned and needs a major overhaul. It was an average stay, neither the best nor the worst. Restrooms and shower facilities are shared, and the shower area also includes an onsen. There’s no internet in the rooms.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the other staff were very nice. At dinner, though, I felt dissatisfied: they brought out dishes one after another without checking how far we’d got, explained things so quietly I couldn’t hear, then left before I could order. It’s a shame, given how nice the rest of the staff were.

We had a great family stay, with excellent service, breakfast, and bath. The terrace was spacious, and the kids had a lot of fun looking through the telescope, which was free to use. The view was great too. Before we left, they took a family photo for us, which made a lovely memory. We’d definitely like to stay again when we visit in the future.
