The outdoor area was one of my favorite parts. We could sit outside, listen to the birds, take in the Okinawa scenery, and go for a walk morning, afternoon, or night. There’s also a barbecue setup with tables and chairs, and beautiful beaches nearby for swimming and snorkeling. Inside, my friends and I found a cozy, comfortable place that was much more than I expected. It has three roomy, clean bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area for chatting or watching TV, and a kitchen with clean utensils. The bathroom and toilet are comfortable, and there’s a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes anytime. I’m from the Philippines, and this was my first time visiting such an extravagant place in Okinawa. It’s a lovely spot to relax on vacation, whether you’re with friends, family, a partner, or on your own. Onna Road station is only about a 3-5 minute drive away, with Okinawan vegetables, fruit, liquor, and local treats to buy.
We spent six days here with a couple of friends, and I could really unwind and sleep well each night. It was my first villa-style stay, and I liked being able to enjoy sightseeing while still having a homely feel you don’t get at a hotel. The inn is close to the middle of the island, which made it easy to explore in different directions. Okinawa supermarkets are handy for groceries, alcohol, and souvenirs. The quiet location is just off the main road, and we woke up to birds singing. The building looks stylish, there’s plenty of parking, and stairs lead up to a courtyard with a BBQ area. Inside, the layout is spacious and easy to use, with a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The bedrooms have double beds and sofa beds, so there’s room for several guests. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, and cups. We also appreciated the bathroom’s hair dryer, bath towels, and face towels. Having a washing machine and dryer was great for a longer stay. There are two convenience stores and lots of places to eat nearby, including Okinawan and yakiniku restaurants and an izakaya. We had friends make reservations for us each day, and I’d suggest booking ahead because places get busy. I’d happily recommend this accommodation. Thank you 😊
The high ceilings made the room feel especially open, and there was lots of space. It was a really clean, lovely Airbnb, with a roomy kitchen and a deck balcony where we could barbecue 🍖. The location’s great for getting out on the water, with the ocean close by for marine sports or a ferry over to Minna Island. There are plenty of restaurants in the area too. There was a good amount of crockery and chopsticks, but I would’ve liked one more frying pan, even a small one, for making a quick breakfast.
We had a great few days here with friends in February. Fukuzushi, the beach, restaurants, and places serving Okinawan food were all easy to reach on foot. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were well kept, and the tableware, microwave, BBQ grill, washer, and dryer made it a good fit for a group staying longer. I’d gladly recommend it. Thank you!
The location makes it easy to walk to the beach and to good restaurants along Highway 58. Since the building is fairly new, the kitchen and bathroom feel clean and neat, and having both a washer and dryer is handy. One small improvement would be a screen to hide the area leading to the bathroom and sink.
