Blue Entrance

I went in with high hopes because of the good reviews, but left really disappointed. My chicken and avocado salad had yellowish leaves and avocado that seemed old and smelled odd. I ate only the chicken, which was pretty tasteless anyway. Maybe I should’ve followed my boyfriend’s lead and ordered tacos, but I should be able to choose anything on the menu and expect the same quality. That wasn’t my experience.

We had a great dinner date. The crispy fish taco and the steak and grilled cheese taco were both delicious, and the milkshake was a perfect way to finish. I’m already thinking about trying the Wagyu birria tacos next time. The 2 or 3 taco combo with spicy curly fries is a good choice, and two tacos were plenty for me. There’s a short walk from parking, with a harbor view along the way, and the sunset view makes the visit worthwhile. Ordering by QR code was easy, and the service was quick and friendly. Our waitress was especially sweet and attentive. It’d be nice if queso, guacamole, or lime or lemon wedges were available on the side. A+ for flavor, portions, and big back activities!

We stopped at BEK during our Okinawa trip and were glad we did. The staff were kind and attentive, and they sat us quickly in the middle of the afternoon on 4/7/26. Food came out fast. We got three birria tacos with fries and drinks. I started by ordering one taco, but it was so good that I had to get another. The wagyu was tender and melted in my mouth, making it one of the best birria tacos I’ve had. I didn’t try the other tacos, but they looked delicious. Highly recommend if you want a good birria taco.

I haven’t eaten many tacos, but these might be the best I’ve had so far. Everything was really delicious, especially the birria sandwich, with soft, carefully grilled bread and a generous amount of meat and cheese, plus consommé for dipping. We also chose three tacos, garlic shrimp, fish, and beef and cheese, and they were all good, particularly the beef. The drink bar is only 500jpy. Parking is a few minutes away across from the shop, next to a playground with big equipment. You order at the table using a QR code, then pay by card there or at the counter. I’d definitely come back if I’m in Okinawa. It’s that good!!!
