Kafuu Resort Fuchaku Condo Hotel

The staff treated us warmly throughout, and everyone was respectful and helpful. Mr. Hiroyuki Fukuda, the Senior manager, arranged a very comfortable room and upgraded us to one with an ocean view, which I really appreciated. He took good care of us, handled anything we needed in the room, and was very supportive. There was also a French staff member at breakfast who was friendly and nice to talk with, though unfortunately I forgot his name. Many thanks for the service. I highly recommend this hotel :)

The staff were super nice and professional, and the food was great. It's a great place to stay, with a large comfortable room that has a kitchen and laundry. The swimming pools were beautiful, including one on the rooftop.

That sea view from the huge room and balcony was the highlight for us. Breakfast had a nice mix of Western options and even a shabu-shabu station, and the free drinks by the pool from 2 PM to 9 PM, cleaning opt-out coupon, and reasonably priced in-room massages were welcome extras. Service was a little short of what I'd expect from a five-star place, and staff English varied, so communication could be tricky. The gym is very small, and the pools and lounge chairs can feel crowded when the hotel is busy. We still had a great stay and would recommend it, especially if you get a good rate.
