The villa was roomy and clean, and the kids had a great time playing table tennis and having BBQs. We could enjoy ourselves right there without needing to go out. There were lots of restaurants and activities nearby, so the location was convenient for our family stay. I think it's a good choice for a family trip.

The ocean view from the third floor was amazing, and the artwork around the house was lovely. We stayed six days in the south building. It was clean, well kept, and comfortable, with a white interior, a living room on the second floor, and rooms above and below that were easy to get between. I could relax there like I was at home and didn't hear the neighbors, though neither they nor we had a BBQ, so I can't say how noisy or smelly that might be. The kitchen had what I needed, including salt and oil, and cooking a few times was no problem. The bed was especially comfortable. Maybe I was tired, but I slept deeply and would love to have one like it at home. There was a washer and dryer with detergent and softener supplied. The dryer took about an hour, so we didn't need to pack much. An outdoor shower was handy for rinsing off sand. The location worked well too, with easy access to Route 58 Bypass, the coast, and restaurants on foot. Our kids played ping-pong every day and got better at it! We didn't see any bugs, just a few cute, harmless geckos that were fun to watch. I've only stayed in resort hotels before and was a little unsure about this kind of place, but it turned out great. It books up fast, so I'd book early.

We had a wonderful time, and Moon Beach was close by. There were convenience stores nearby too, so we picked up drinks and watched the sunset over the sea. Onna Village activities were about a ten-minute drive away. After swimming, we rinsed off sand and seawater at the outdoor shower by the door of Kaichu Road before going inside. We booked for two people and stayed in the South Wing on the first night, then the North Wing the next. The South Wing felt relaxing, with wooden tables, a hair dryer and toothbrush in the bathroom, and a handmade coaster by the sofa. There were two toilets conveniently near the bedroom. Opening the curtains in the morning revealed the ocean. The kitchen had a rice cooker, plenty of utensils, and some seasonings. It also had games, including Othello, while the North Wing had shogi. The North Wing suited a younger crowd, with an open kitchen and bar counter that brought a large group together. There was also a BBQ set on the balcony for summer fun. The beds smelled pleasantly of fabric softener and were so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep right away. There were two double beds on the third floor and three single beds on the first. The washing machine dried clothes in an hour, which made laundry after our trip much easier, especially so close to the ocean. For breakfast, we drove three minutes uphill to Doka Doka, open every day except Sunday. It had a lovely sea view, lots of handmade items including blue plates, and a delicious, generous rice set. For dinner, Chinuman was a three-minute walk downhill, with shabu-shabu, lots of Okinawan food, and island live music at 7, 8, and 9 PM. I highly recommend booking if you're considering it. It felt like a great deal even for a group.

The room was full of beautiful furniture and thoughtful details. The stained-glass mirrors, windows, and signs brought the Okinawan sea to mind, and we were touched by the care put into the hospitality. The kitchen had plenty for cooking, and there was a barbecue set on the terrace. This was our family's first trip to Okinawa. From our room on check-in day, we watched the sunset and were captivated. We had dinner at Chinuman Bettei, where Okinawan folk music is played live. They were happy to arrange a shuttle if you request it when booking, though it's popular, so book early. In the morning we ate at Doka Doka, a cafe gallery with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was delicious, and we all enjoyed the cute ceramics and accessories. Moon Beach was wonderful too. We had such a good time that we wished we could stay another week. Leaving was sad, but I came away wanting to return. Thank you so much.

We only stayed about two days, but I'd happily come back many times. There are tasty cafes and lovely sandy beaches just outside, and a nearby gas station is reassuring if you're driving a rental car. Inside, the room's kitchen gets bright Okinawan sunlight through large windows, with a barbecue area beside it. Downstairs there's a shared space with a ping-pong table and a bath. On the third floor, Okinawan tatami and warm futons make it feel like home. The glass art at the entrance is beautiful, and inside there are lots of striking photos of Okinawan scenery. We stopped to take commemorative photos and found ourselves already dreaming up places to visit. It's a lovely place to spend your time however you like, whether that's playing games, looking at the Okinawan sky, meeting other guests, or watching the stars.
