This place is great for the price, especially if you're travelling solo or as a couple. It's right beside Nishitanabe subway, and we were out all day, so it suited us well as a spot to sleep. The room was bigger than I expected, the beds were comfortable, and staff were kind and helpful. I needed a translator, but that was no problem. They met my expectations and took care of everything I needed. Towels were replaced every day.

I don't understand how this place got such a good rating. It's the worst hotel, and I don't want it giving Japan a bad image. The bedding, including the pillowcase, didn't seem to have been changed. After staying once, my friends wouldn't come back. The discomfort here feels like a whole other level, and I can't understand why anyone would choose to stay.

The staff were amazing, but the room was gross. There was black mold on the walls and a spider nest on the blinds. The Wi-Fi didn't work, so I booked another hotel. I couldn't breathe in that room.

As people have mentioned, the place is old. It's tiny and not very clean.
