I stayed on the 29th January. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and a supermarket, and it’s also near the INTEX Osaka convention center. The room was comfortable and very clean. Welcome drinks and an in-house laundry area made it convenient for a longer stay. As a solo traveler with a disability, I found the staff outstanding. They were patient with all my questions and always went the extra mile. Mr Lee and Ms Tatsuya made a wonderful impression on me during my first stay with the Hiyori property group. I’ll book this same property again at the end of the year for another trip. Thank you to the property and staff for the excellent service.

I stayed for two nights and only wished I could have stayed longer. They gave me a welcome gift of my choice, along with lots of things like tea, water, candy, and hygiene products. Thank you so much for your service! ❤️

I liked how reasonably priced it was, and the complimentary light meal after 9:30pm was definitely a bonus. The lounge drinks made for a calm, restful break, and all the staff I met were lovely and helpful. I stayed five nights in this recently renovated place, which was spotlessly clean. The location was convenient for both EXPO and Osaka city centre without feeling too touristy. After nearly two full days at EXPO, it was great to relax in the room with its foot massage machine.

This hotel is goated, and I’m staying here next time too. The staff are great, and the manager gets a W. When we first arrived in Japan at what I think was 12 pm midnight on December 1st, you gave us food. Thanks so much. I’ve got some plans for college in Japan, but I’m not sure yet. Thanks for all the support while we were there. I forgot the name of one of the staff, an older guy, but he guided us back toward the bus behind the hotel at 3 am on 6th December. Tell him I said thanks. Nice hotel, twin.

The rooms are smaller than international standards, but the location and staff were fabulous.
