I stopped in for a short break on February 11th, 2007. It had been 20 years since my last visit, and the name was different. The only real plus is the payment chute, so you don't have to deal face to face. The place is old and the bathroom is shabby. The air conditioning barely worked, and on a cold day I couldn't undress without a blanket. I just had a bath, took a nap, then left. It was just under 6,000 yen for about four hours, starting at 10am.

I've used this place for a long time because the price and location are so appealing. But when a particular female staff member is there, the service is awful. She says she doesn't know how to use the TV, and even though the rental charger is labeled Type C, she brought me a Lightning cable. Then she claimed that's all she had, even though I rented one last time. This never happens with the female staff member who has a nice voice.

The cleaning is so poor that this is among the 10 dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was covered in mold, there was hair everywhere, and pubic hair on the toilet wall was truly disgusting. Maybe the price would seem cheap if the place were clean, but with this level of dirt it's expensive. If all you need is a 24-hour place to shelter from the rain and wind and wash yourself, maybe it could do. Otherwise, it's just filthy.
