The room was a little small, but comfortable, and the beds were good. It's a nice hotel near Shin Osaka station, kept clean and in good condition. I also enjoyed spending time in the onsen and sauna. The laundry area and amenities by the front desk were convenient. A good hotel for the price.

We spent five days at Karaksa hotel in an upper-floor connecting room, which was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It's close to stations for the shinkansen and midosuji line. The buffet had plenty of good options, and the lounge offered free drinks plus a microwave to warm up food. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The breakfast had something for every dietary preference, with the usual items each day plus rotating choices. The hotel was clean, the service was great, and the price was reasonable. I recommend it and would definitely return if I get the chance. It would be easier to communicate if the employees spoke English more fluently. The only amenity is a public bath, so I wish they also had something like an exercise room or Jacuzzi.

The public bath was the main attraction for us, and soaking there after a long walk from USJ felt great. Guests also get unlimited drinks, which was a nice perk. The buffet breakfast had a good mix, from fruit and bread to typical Japanese and Western options. Our family of five stayed two nights, Dec.31~Jan1-2, in a clean connecting room that worked well. Amenities were generous, and the staff were helpful. Most of them spoke English. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
