It was nice, and felt like a five-star place.

Port HOUSE, thanks so much. We found a place near Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan that could fit all three families, which was lucky after struggling to find three rooms with the same requirements for six adults and four kids on our Universal Studios trip. It’s called a hotel, but it’s really a two-story building with a separate floor for each room, almost like a room in a luxury apartment building. We were surprised by how thick the beds were. We’ll come back with the three families next time.

Please update the listed phone number. This is Porta Inn Bentencho, and the number currently shown belongs to our hotel.

It's right beside the Times parking lot, but since this port house was completed, I've never seen anyone coming or going. Whenever I pass, the door is locked. I can't help wondering if Minato Shinko bought it and is just leaving it unused.
