Really good service.

The location is really good, and it’s a perfect place for a couple of nights. I’d recommend it 100%.

Great value, and I was very satisfied. Check-in happens on the hotel’s first floor using a QR code. You have to register a photo of your passport and a selfie to verify your guest information. That opens the mailbox with the door code and room key. They provided one towel and one bath towel per person. Since I was staying three nights, I emailed to ask for more and received two extra. That still wasn’t enough, so I used them twice. The bed was about super-single size. The blanket and cover weren’t attached properly, which was a little disappointing, but the cleanliness was acceptable. Since this is a residence rather than a hotel, it had a fridge, microwave, and dishes, which were handy for takeaway food. Kuromon Market is right in front, so I bought tuna sushi and assorted sashimi and had them with sake. Having a table was nice. The bathroom was in good shape, with strong water pressure, hot water, a clean bathtub, toilet, and sink. The room overall was in good condition. It was very quiet and had a terrace. Namba Station is a bit of a walk, so taking a taxi isn’t a bad idea. I was very satisfied.

The price was still affordable over Golden Week, and the stay was easy and comfortable for our family of five, with kids in elementary, middle, and high school. We had two rooms with two single beds each, plus a floor mattress that was surprisingly comfortable. Everything was very clean, the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. There’s a washing machine and drying rack on the balcony, and basic dishes are provided. A market and convenience store are close enough that we went every day, and Dotonbori and Nankai Namba Station are about a 10-minute walk away. I’d happily recommend it.
