I think this hotel is underrated. I liked being able to use the breakfast area as a shared workspace or pantry. They provide water and an oven, so there’s no need to keep food in your room and eat there.

The room was decent, and the hotel is about a seven-minute walk from two metro stations, with shin-osaka being the larger one. They provide night dress, toothbrush, shaving kit, comb, and other items. A nice breakfast with sausage and egg is included in the morning.

A basic business hotel with good value, just steps from Shin Osaka station. I booked a single, but the bed felt more like a double, and there was space underneath for luggage. I was on the 7th floor and could hear the trains.

The staff were friendly and helpful, though the room itself felt older than at the other Toyoko Inns I've stayed in around Japan and Korea. The water kept swinging between too hot and too cold, which I don't usually expect at a Japanese hotel. Being right beside the tracks also meant some noise. I keep returning to Toyoko Inns because they're clean and comfortable, with consistent amenities, good prices, and convenient locations.
