Universal Bay Condominium

The room, location, and service were all superb. Just make sure you get the entry PIN for both the building and your room before arriving. The maintenance team's email is active and they usually reply within about an hour, but contacting them ahead of time is still best so you don't end up waiting around nearby.

There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, and the studio itself was great. The aquarium and Ferris wheel are close, too. Universal Studios is across the bay, so getting there means extra transport and toll costs. Traffic from the high-speed vehicles was very noisy.

The apartment was very clean and roomy, easy to find, and close to lots of attractions. Highly recommended.

We loved how easy it was to get around, with Osakako Station only a five-minute walk away and Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven right nearby. The area was quiet, not too crowded, and had a lovely view of Tempozan Ferris Wheel. Our little girl could wander at her own pace, which made things relaxing. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the kids especially liked it. It felt like home. We could cook, clean, and do laundry, and every room had air conditioning and heating, so we slept comfortably after busy days. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Our stay at Universal Bay Condominium gave us some lovely memories of Osaka, and we'd happily come back.
