The staff were very polite and the service was good, and the rooms are large. Mornings do get really noisy, though.

As of October 2024, the place was extremely dirty. When we arrived, there were what looked like insect or rodent droppings around the property, including on the beds. The hosts couldn't do anything about it, so we had to change our vacation plans urgently and move to another hotel. That meant extra expense and plans we missed. We also couldn't sleep because of the noise at night. Even though smoking wasn't allowed, cigarette smoke kept coming into the unit through the vent. Avoid this place at all costs!

I stayed here through Airbnb and found it spacious and really nice. The only downside is that it’s far from central Osaka if you want to spend a lot of time in the city.
