Big Island Base 一組限定

There was plenty of room indoors, and the space was beautiful. The outdoor area was big enough to play in too, so we could just relax there all day. I’d happily stay again next time I’m in Oshima.

The garden was enormous, and my dog had a great time running around, so Big Island Base was a good choice for our second trip to Oshima. We brought the dog along this time and were glad to find a pet-friendly place. We also chose the BBQ and sauna options, which made the trip really satisfying. The owner was kind and flexible about timing for both. The tent sauna was great. Thanks!

We had a lot of fun using the fishing gear we rented, and it was easy enough for the kids to handle. At the BBQ we got to grill the fish we’d caught ourselves, which was a special treat. The kids also played badminton and ran around the big yard. Mr. Hirano’s takoyaki was absolutely delicious. He only seems to make it now and then, so we felt lucky to try some. The islanders loved it, and Mr. Hirano was lovely too. It became a great summer memory, and we’d like to use the place again next year. We stayed here for a family summer vacation. Our ferry arrived at 6 AM, and since we’d chosen the rental car option, finding the car already waiting at the port made getting around much easier. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the air conditioning already on when we arrived. It had everything we needed, so it felt like we could live there after buying groceries. The Super Famicom, cards, and Jenga brought back memories for the adults and kept the kids busy in the room. The futons were incredibly soft, and we slept well.

The tent sauna and the BBQ spread were both fantastic. The meat, fish, and vegetables were all so good. We were three guys here on October 28th for a sauna retreat and barbecue, and the accommodation had everything we could ask for. We’ll definitely come again. Thanks!
