This may be the best hostel I’ve stayed at so far. It was very clean and the people were friendly. I came in December during the off season, when there weren’t many people, so I can’t say what it’s like at other times. The beds are a little short for me at nearly 1.80 m. If you’re taller, you might have trouble sleeping stretched out.

Such a clean hostel, with incredibly kind owners. They even sent back the thing I’d forgotten. Shampoo, body soap, a hair dryer, ear plugs, coffee, and tea are provided too. Amazing!

They accommodated my late notice about checking in, and the place is clean. I could still use the facilities after checkout, including the shower and tea, and leave my baggage there too. Nice place!

The host was great, and the price is really good for what you get. It’s only 10-15 minutes from Otaru station. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay for a while, with cafes and nightlife nearby. The famous shopping area and canal are also within walking distance.
