I had a feeling the views from the observation platform and ropeway funicular would be amazing.

The views are okay, but the price feels too high for a ride that lasts five minutes, 120 yen return or 600 yen one way. If the weather’s nice, I’d suggest walking up from the base, or buying a one-way ticket and hiking back down. That would be a nice walk.

The sign said it was closed because of strong winds, but there wasn’t any wind 🤔 It seems really inconsistent. Such a disappointment after coming all the way from town.
