Handy for business trips, with ramen, a supermarket, barbecue and other restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is simple, though I didn't think it was very good value for the money.

I only stayed one night, room-only, while traveling. The place was easy to reach by car from Kumamoto Airport and the Aso area, and the location is convenient. The room was a typical business hotel size, neither big nor small, with the bathroom and toilet separate and a sink in the room. For somewhere just to sleep, it worked perfectly well. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and local izakayas are a 10-15 minute walk away. Parking is free on site, though the lot isn't very large, so it's a good idea to ask ahead.

For a night or two, I'd recommend it. The room is spacious, and breakfast tastes good, though there's not much variety. The bathroom had soap scum that came off easily when I scrubbed it. Cleaning every four days was fine for a short visit, but probably less so for a long stay. The kettle didn't boil water properly, so instant noodles wouldn't cook right, though it was fine for tea. There's just one microwave, on the first floor.
