I booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was. The building is quite old and runs with limited resources, but my stay still exceeded expectations. From beginning to end, the service was wonderful. The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help, making sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Their care and dedication made a real difference and left me with a very positive impression.

We travel every month and stay at Route Inn hotels as members. The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the staff are attentive. I also love the onsen bath. Tonight, though, I saw a foreign guest, an Asian woman, get in without washing first. That’s very bad manners, and staff should explain hot spring etiquette to foreign guests.

The onsen was great, though it only has a hot bath and no sauna. Breakfast and parking were good. The elevator was fast. The hotel is near industrial areas, and I drove there, so I didn’t try public transportation. For foreign guests, there’s no smart TV app for streaming services. Also, on higher floors the windows can be opened easily by children, which could be risky since there’s no safety net.

There’s only one restaurant within walking distance, which is a shame. The room and facilities are clean, and the front desk staff are polite and helpful.
