We missed the train and booked late at night while looking for a reasonably priced place near omiya station. The room wasn't especially spacious, but it was comfortable for two, and the hotel had most of the basics we needed. The thick mattress was comfy, and the interior was cute. I heard the public bath was good, but we didn't have time to try it. Andrew was really friendly and helpful while we were still looking for somewhere to stay, and again at check-in.

The bed was super comfortable, and checkout at 11am gave us time for a relaxed morning. Everything felt new and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's close to Omiya station, which was convenient. I'd happily stay here again when visiting Saitama or taking trips to Tokyo.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and better than I expected. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds and a nice shower with strong pressure. The hotel is in a great spot and has parking next door. Dean at the front desk was especially welcoming and gave excellent service, and really, everyone was great.

I had to change my route and booked at the last minute. This was my third Vessel Inn/Hotel on this trip, and I have no regrets. I really liked both the breakfast and the public bath.

The breakfast spread was great, and Omiya station's East Exit is only a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was beautiful, and the service was amazing. Everything seemed thoughtfully arranged. Couldn't ask for more.
