The rooms are compact, but clean and equipped with what you need, with some extra amenities available in the lobby. The lobby and shared spaces have comfortable seating for a rest or a quick meeting. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with tasty local dishes. It's an easy walk from Nakajima-Koen Station and close to Susukino, so getting around the city is convenient. A good value option for budget-conscious travelers, and I had a comfortable stay.

I was generally happy with my three-night stay. The room was on the small side, but there was no smell and I slept well every night. Having laundry and a dryer available was really useful. Rates were very competitive, so I was satisfied with the service for the price. They clean rooms only every five days, but staff agreed to change a dirty bedsheet when I asked. Fresh face towels, towels, and rubbish bags were provided daily. Breakfast was very simple, which was what I expected at that price.

My room had a decent amount of space, including room for luggage. I accidentally booked a smoking room during peak summer, but the staff kindly brought me an air purifier at no extra charge, and it removed almost all the smell. I really appreciated that favor. The location was great, about a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo.

It was just bread and juice, but that was enough. Hokkaido university and a 7/11 are right next door. Sapporo station is about a 10-minute walk away, so it doesn't seem far, but carrying several suitcases could get tiring.
