The free breakfast was our favorite part of the stay. Everything they served was good, every morning. We were there as a family of four for the Snow Festival 2026, and the rates were great value. During the festival, hotel prices can double or triple. Based on our experience, this was the most affordable option for its location, breakfast, and room. The room’s two beds were large and comfortable for all four of us. We think it was soundproofed, since it stayed very quiet and we had no noise issues. The location worked well for the festival. It’s close to Susukino Street, where the ice sculptures are, and right by the subway, with an entrance in front of the hotel. Odori Park is a 15-minute walk away.

Good room, food, service, and location. Tourist spots are close enough to reach on foot. Thanks to the staff for sending back something I left behind without me even needing to ask. I love it!

I spent three nights here and had a superb stay. The rooms were comfortable, neat, and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I loved the breakfast spread every morning. The luggage storage was really convenient, too. The location worked perfectly for me, with tourist spots and tour bus meeting points within walking distance. Subway and bus stations are nearby as well, though I got around on foot. Highly recommend!

Right in the heart of Susukino, with everything you need from a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was generous, both in the range of choices and the portions. There’s also an eatery across the street serving delicious Japanese meals.

The library has some really pleasing books, and breakfast was delicious, with smoothies, curry, miso, and good cereal. The main dishes change each day. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient, and the room had more space than a typical one. Truly outstanding, well done all around!
