The tram stop is right outside, which sounds convenient, but the trams were crowded every time, with people packed shoulder to shoulder. For our family, getting around was difficult because we had to transfer from the tram to reach train lines and major attractions. At the accommodation, supplies were short for the number of guests, and the laundry detergent was almost gone, barely enough for one small load. The thermostat didn’t work properly, so the room wouldn’t heat up well, and the air conditioning heater remotes were missing, leaving the rooms cold in winter. Ken, the host, was the bright spot: he replied quickly and helped sort things out the next day. Better quality control would make a real difference.

We had a great time here, and would love to visit Saporro again. The room was big enough for our family of five. Grocery shops, small supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby, and the trem station is just a one minute walk away. Really nice hotel.

For three days, I had a nice stay in this clean apartment. It had a kitchen, washing machine, and large smart TV, and the hosts responded to my questions. The location was okay, not too far from the city centre. My one annoyance was that the check-in information didn’t arrive until 3pm. I also didn’t know the Wi-Fi password was in the information book, so I had to ask through the Whatsapp number.

Our family enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious, though the station was a little far away.

They wouldn’t give a refund, and the service felt unfriendly and unkind.
