The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, but the check-in counter gets too crowded because it’s shared with a cafe and also used for breakfast. They’ve really packed the space. Breakfast felt extremely limited, with only four sets to choose from. They should at least offer a salad and fruit buffet, and there isn’t even plain water available for self-service. It feels like they’re stingy with guests’ first meal of the day. The rooms don’t even have tea bags for drinks, which should be a basic standard. I hope they pay more attention to service and these small things that matter to guests.

The room had a private sauna, which was a nice touch, and the hotel is new and modern. The space felt more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel. What let the stay down badly was the service. Reception offered virtually no help. Check-in is completely self-service, and when I asked if they could call a taxi, the receptionist just said no and offered no alternative. There was no feeling of hospitality or willingness to assist. Privacy was another serious problem. The shower room has no curtain or proper covering, so people in nearby buildings can see inside. That’s very uncomfortable and poorly designed. The facilities may be new, but the lack of service, support, and basic privacy makes this feel more like a self-managed apartment than a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting normal hotel service.

The room felt spacious and well designed, and having a washing machine right there was really convenient. The hotel’s onsen on level 2 is free for guests and a highlight, with a hot bath, cold plunge, and sauna. There’s also a nice cafe on the first floor, and the location makes it easy to walk to plenty of places to eat. Parking is on level 1.

We stayed in room 407 from December 23 to 28, 2025. The location is pretty good, though it’s not quite in central Susukino, and the rooms look modern and spacious. A few finishing details were a letdown: the door lock was crooked and wobbly, the cabinet under the toilet sink was loose and had no hinges, and one panel on the bunk bed was loose too. Water pooled on the sill and soaked the curtains, which could lead to mold later on. Service was a mixed bag. Check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m., we didn’t get fresh towels one day, and for an expensive hotel I was especially disappointed that they don’t offer luggage delivery service.

The most frustrating part was the housekeeping. During our week there, the room was cleaned just once, on day four. Trash was taken away and towels replaced each day if we left them at the door, but the room still got dusty and messy. Having a washer and dryer, a kitchenette with dishes and cutlery, vending and ice machines on the second floor, and the onsen room was handy. Breakfast came with our stay, but the choices were limited and disappointing. The corn soup ran out quickly and barely filled the small glass, so it was either that or yogurt with a main dish and a hot drink. The dining area was just the small lobby, crowded with people checking in, checking out, eating, or waiting. One staff member with short colored hair seemed rude. It wasn’t just a language issue, her tone and body language came across as annoyed. Parking is limited too. If you drive, you need to be back before 7 p.m. or the spaces may all be taken and you’ll have to park elsewhere.
