The watch was in excellent condition, and the price was reasonable. Staff gave great service. I’d recommend this place if you want a pre-owned item at a good price.

I dropped into the store by chance and spotted the pair I’d been wanting for ages. The service was great, and the employees can communicate a little in English, so shopping should be manageable. Definitely recommend!

The staff are friendly and know their merchandise. They take good care of everything and ask shoppers to put on gloves before handling items to look at them. I recommend checking out the store.

There’s a wide selection of pre-owned branded bags, and the items are in excellent condition. The Vice Store Manager was patient and very helpful throughout. Jin and Komatsu gave outstanding service too. Highly recommend!

I had a great time shopping for a Rolex in Sapporo and bought a Datejust in great condition. The staff at Okura were professional, though English was a little difficult, so Google Translate helped. I’d forgotten my passport, but they held the watch for me for a day so I could come back and pick it up tax free. Highly recommend.
