It's a good option for a longer stay, within walking distance of Hokkaido University. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable even in cold winter, with a great view down over the Sapporo streets. Each one has hotwater, a bathtub, hot kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, humidifier, heater, television, sofa and safe.

Breakfast costs extra, and I wouldn't recommend it. There were only a few choices and the taste was under par. The rest of the setup has a little bit of everything you want when traveling: a room with space to open your luggages, laundry and dryer machine included in the hotel price, pantry space, wardrobe, shoes cabinet, and a small shower room. There's an elevator from downstairs, so you don't have to carry your luggage up to the front desk. The hotel is one local train station away from Sapporo JR station, and is quite a good choice to stay in Sapporo.

The location was good and I felt safe and comfortable there. The rooms had everything one could need, and the staff were very friendly. It was a very nice place to stay, and I'd recommend it and stay again.
